57th Annual Parade - Saturday July 17  start time is 11am from the corner of Kirtland and Main Street to Devitt's Field.

Free Camping


 
bulletFree camping is available for muster participants only. 
bulletColored camping bracelets will be issued to authorized campers.   These bracelets help us keep out people who don't belong.
bulletIndividuals under 18 years of age are required to be signed-in by a parent or chaperone (parent/chaperone must be present and is responsible for the minor all weekend).
bulletBracelets are distributed at the camping gate or block house.

Come Early!

bulletSpace at the field is limited and available only on a first come basis. 
bulletThere are a couple of off-grounds sites available for muster participants who desire to sleep like normal people.   
bulletOff-site locations are also a good alternative for junior drum corps.

Camper Registration

bulletRegistration begins at 10:00 a.m.,  Friday, July 17, 2009. 
bulletNo early arrivals PLEASE- the field is sprayed insecticides at 7:00AM Friday morning and they need time to settle!!  Checkout is no later than NOON Sunday, July 19, 2009.  Camping area must be cleared and cleaned prior to departure.  Please drop your trash in the dumpster on your way out.
bulletDue to space and safety issues parking in the camping area is for  RV's and campers only, (NO CARS).  There is a parking area behind the camping area for cars or you can park at the Historical Society for a discounted price.
bulletGun powder storage.
bulletStorage area must be marked with a streamer (provided at camping registration gate or field house).  Compliance is mandatory in order to meet safety requirements.  

Pets

bulletDOGS  
bulletDogs are not allowed on the Muster Field. 
bulletDogs are allowed in the camping area only under the following conditions:
bulletThey  must be kept leashed, controlled and prevented from causing injury or property damage.  
bulletYou must clean up your dog’s land mines!
bulletYou are responsible for your dog and you will be held liable for it's actions.  
bulletDogs are the only pets allowed in the camping area.  Horses, cows, cats, snakes and other livestock are nice but don't belong here.  Please leave them at home.
